We are looking for you… Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Open and maintain customer accounts thorough all operational & commercial stages
  • Order Processing- Managing workflow from order placement to final delivery
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English- Advantage for additional languages.
  • Experience with overseas customers
  • Familiarity with Office software, advantage to SAP/SBO
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
